As a continuation of its programme of lobbying local organisations, the Gibraltar Private Sector Workers & Pensioners Association recently met with the Leader of the Liberal Party, Dr. Joseph Garcia.
The meeting was intended to discuss the aims and objectives of the GPS-WPA.
It proved a good opportunity, said the group, to present its ‘shopping’list in greater detail and to answer any questions Dr.Garcia and his party may have. The meeting was very productive and the Liberal Leader promised to discuss thoroughly these issues with his Party Executive.
The meeting was one of many that the Association continues to hold this summer with local political parties, business and workers' organisations and other groups and associations here in Gibraltar
