Aims & Objectives of the Association

To enhance generally conditions for private sector workers and pensioners
To establish a minimum income for resident pensioners that will afford them a dignified living standard
To negotiate the implementation of parity in the private sector
To improve opportunities for training, education and advancement for all workers including the young
To negotiate with the establishment in order to introduce a fairer and more level playing field as regards overall benefits
To eradicate any sexual, ethnic and cultural discrimination between or among workers and pensioners
To eliminate illegal working practices and abuses
